Question: How much deposit do I need to put down?
Answer: We do not charge a deposit on any items you hire!
Question: What happens regarding fuel?
Answer: We will supply all machines with a full tank of fuel, you do not have to refill the machines after use.
Question: Who insures the machines?
Answer: You are responsible for all item you hire. We recommend you take out suitable insurance.
Question: What documentation and Identification do I need to hire plant and tools?
Answer: To hire small tools we don’t require any Identification or Proof of address, to hire larger or more expensive items we will require, photo id, proof of address and a hired in plant insurance certificate – if required, this will be stated on the product page.
Question: Is VAT included?
Answer: Prices shown do not include VAT, when you checkout VAT is shown and added and clearly stated.
Question: Do I need a licence to drive a mini digger or any other plant?
Answer: No, if you are on private land, you do not need any licences to operate a digger or any plant.
Question: Can you supply a machine operator?
Answer: Yes we can, please ask for price for a digger driver when you call.
Question: What’s the cost for delivery?
Answer: To find out a delivery charge, add your products to the shopping basket and add your postcode to get the delivery cost.
Question: How do I make a booking?
Answer: You can simply book online, we do not take cash.
Question: How do I pay for the hire items?
Answer: Book your items online and pay by Paypal, Credit/Debit card or BACS.
Question: Will I receive a receipt?
Answer: Yes a full VAT receipt will be issued via email
